President Obama - Dictator or Liberator?


It has come to my attention that our most current president, Barrack Huessien Obama is unlike any president before him. He is boastful and proud. Arrogant and sly. Obama has ridiculed the words of the Bible comparing it to Congressional interworkings, mocked the Bill of Rights by trying to establish a civilian security network and take away the freedom to speak out against him in public and slowly infiltrating and scheming to disarm us as a nation. When you can't publicly criticize a President or own a firearm for protection, then you know our nation has reached it's breaking point. To say you want to do harm to an elected official is one thing (it's illegal and is construed as a threat with intent to harm), but to say Barrack Obama is the Anti-Christ and that he couldn't hold a candle to JFK is nothing more than the 1st Amendment at work. Don't let one "renegade" begin changing laws and amendments that will benefit himself and screw us over in the end.

I personally think presidents are selected, not elected. It's a long story. But if it is true that Obama was indeed elected in a landslide victory, then the pressure is on him to deliver. He is a public servant. Americans are his boss, not the other way around. "What do you need done America?" Not, "I am going to change America!" It's not up to you pal. This is not a communist or socialist nation. We are a free Republic guided by laws and bounds that don't exceed the personal boundaries between the government and the People. Meaning the president does not make the rules.

Amendment 9 states "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.""...others retained by the people." That means that there are rights, held by the American people, that are not worded or indicated in the constitution.

"The exceptions here or elsewhere in the constitution, made in favor of particular rights, shall not be so construed as to diminish the just importance of other rights retained by the people; or as to enlarge the powers delegated by the constitution; but either as actual limitations of such powers, or as inserted merely for greater caution." - President James Madison

Okay folks, read his words carefully. Madison is saying the the importance of peoples' rights will not be diminished or downsized in order to make the government more powerful. He is saying the power of law held in the constitution shall not be greater than that which has already been established.

A hard interpretation of the 9th Amendment: "The word for word account in the Constitution, shall not be translated, interpreted, or analyzed grammatically in order to deny or discredit other rights, not found in the constitution, held by the people."

Simply, you cannot use the words of the constitution in order to revoke or render the rights of the people of the United States or for personal gain. Obviously. It's my right to wear what I want within the bounds of law (I can't be naked in public. It's not an actual freedom of speech, it's considered a lewd act or public indecency). I can say what I will with a live and let live mentality and shouldn't have the glaring eye of Uncle Sam over my shoulder.

Politicians like George W. Bush and Barrack H. Obama are pushing, twisting, bending and even breaking the laws and amendments of the constitution in order for personal gain and power. THEY WORK FOR US. They are us. Citizen appointed to carry out tasks regarding national and military policy in order to make the American way of life better. They are highly paid public servants of the people. We pay with our taxes, time and hard work as citizens, some people pay with their lives (soldiers, police, firefighters, etc.) to keep this nation free and safe. This one world united front is bullshit. We as a nation must remain independent from the scare of a global currency and an international conglomerate of countries (i.e. the European Union).

Don't let one man, Obama, retain all the nation's power and status for himself. Or any politician for that matter. It is our nation, we decide.

Let us all sit down, breathe and count to "10".

Now, here me when I say, we as a nation need to explore and exploit our freedoms and liberties as they were designed to aid us in living a prosperous and democratic way of life. The only way we can do this is if we can decipher and distinguish the constitution and the amendments therein.
