Big Mouth, Little "Change"


We all know Obama is a loud mouth, like most liberals. After Prof. Henry Gates was arrested for breaking into his own house after locking himself out, Obama made a comment about how the situation was handled. He called the cops stupid, saying they "acted stupidly." Calling police stupid is something I do on the interstate, not a president during a nationally televised media blitz. "Stupid cop, get off my ass. I'm doing the motherhumpin' speed limit! Okay, maybe five over. Yeah, yeah. Go around. That's right! Stupid cop." Whatever the case, he just keeps talking and people just keep telling him to shut up already. Barack H. Obama is the new George W. Bush. The guy is the most unprofessional politician since...well W. He's about as classy as Bill Clinton in strip club with $100,000. 00 to waste.


How about maintaining a professional bearing when you speak at your press conferences Mr. Prez? You aren't going to change anything. The economy still sucks, we are still at war with Afghanistan and Iraq, people are still regreting their vote, and the President is still making an ass out of himself. What has "changed" since the two terms of W? Nothing. Obama can take his change and stick it in his pocket.


Obama has since retracted his statements saying that he never meant any harm by calling Sgt. James Crowly of the Cambridge Police Dept. stupid for doing his job. Sure, some cops are crooked assholes, but not all of them. Now Obama wants to throw back a cold one with the good Professor and the arresting officer at the White House. This should be interesting. As a matter of fact, it should be PPV! Hell yeah! I'd pay $50 to see this awkward encounter. "No, no, no Mr. Crowly, I was the one who acted stupidly. You were just doing your job. You keep being a good little cop and eat all of your donuts."


Or something like that. I'll tell you what folks, this man is just another tool in the Crapsman toolbox. I see his first four years mirroring that of George W. Bush, except for this time the votes were unanimous and the chads have been long swept up. Remember America, we decide. We decide whether or not cops are stupid. Some of them are, but not all.

What the fuck is a "Sea Kitten?"


Holy crap folks! PETA has done it again. I know the retarded campaign on the part of PETA has been going on for a little while, but I am taking the time to comment now. What the fuck is a sea kitten? Why America, it's a fish! According to the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, if you call renaming a fish a sea kitten ethical, fish are now going to be known as sea kittens by whacked out liberal yahoos that think fish have feelings and a conscience. Fish do not have the capacity to feel pain. Supposedly scientists have discovered that fish actually might feel pain by injecting a rainbow trout with bee venom to see it's reaction. Apparently the tasty entree flinched or some shit, because now PETA has a leg to stand on if scientists are saying fish can in fact feel pain. This could lead to a fishing hinderance and eventually break the economy, not only in America, but in Britain as well. There are 3.8 million fishermen in Britain. Scientists and PETA have called for them to cease with the "brutality" and "hunting" of motherfuckin' sea kittens!

Uh, not on my watch. Not in America. For the sake of a prosperous pasttime and a means of living and pay, do not let these radical animal fu... er, I mean lovers take away fishing rights in America. Stand up and fight for what is yours. It is a constitutional passage, Amendment 9, that states people have certain inalieable rights that are not covered in the constitution. We have a right to fish, hunt elk, or whatever the case may be. These snakes in the grass animal supporters are just looking for an outlet for people to actually take them seriously. Don't let this age old sport of fishing go by the wayside because of a bunch of retard radicals who value animals over human life.

I am not a huge fan of sea food or fresh water fish, but I may wonder to King Fish in the near future. When I hit the joint, it's going to be a sea kitten massacre! I'll order every kind of fish on the menu cooked up in every style from sandwich to ka-bobs! That sounds so good. Hell, just to spite PETA (People for Elitist Tyranny in America) I am going to eat sea kittens at least once a week. See, that's catchy. They even have me calling them sea kittens. It's working already folks.

"Sigh", said the livid guy. This is beyond ridiculous to even listen to these screwballs and their pleas for help for the fish and chickens. The only time I would consider fish and chickens is if they came in a combo basket with onion rings and a soda. America, it's time to stand up and stop staring at these clowns in amazement and start kicking ass and fighting back against this liberal freakshow circus in America. Starting with idiots like PETA who think fish dream about growing up to be successful. Fish breed, fish swim and fish get eaten. That is their purpose in life. They do nothing else. Unless you like them hanging on your wall after you just took the top prize in a fishing contest. That's always a good day.

Next time you go fishing, remember America, we decide. Whether it be bait and tackle or how well smoked you like your salmon, we decide.

The New HealthCare Scare


Former President Bill Clinton launched a plan to reform healthcare in the United States. The movement to urge Congress to pass the bill was headed by Hilary Clinton in 1994 and plans were made in the form of a 1,000 page document called "Hilary Care". It failed. Fifteen years after the fact President Obama stated as part of his administrations policy, healthcare reform was one of his top priorities. Don't get me wrong, he is making waves with his effort to ensure that 46 million Americans without health insurance are catered to accordingly, however the direction the effort has taken has gone south. Only 47 percent of the nation are on the same page with "Obama Care".

Healthcare is not the issue here. It's about status. If Obama can successfully have his healthcare plan passed by Congress, and it actually works to benefit the American people, his status and overall approval will soar. People will actually think the rookie knows what he's doing.

Obama has challenged and burdened himself and the nation with his priorities to "Change" America. It is going to be a long four years in my humble opinion. A bipartisan effort to reform healthcare is not unforseeable. It's actually doable. But Obama may want to rework his approach on the issue. He is already on the hot seat for being inexperienced, unproven, and possibly not even born in America (no conclussive evidence, yet). Now this episode has Americans on the edge of their seats. Let's hope our dear elected officials know what the hell they are doing.

The Freedom To Speak


The first amendment of the constitution exclaims that we not only have certain religious rights, but the right to petition our government in a time of need as well as a freedom of the press and the freedom given to the American people to speak their minds. To speak is a voluntary action to express the mind's ponderings aloud with spoken words. It is not the right to write whatever you want, do whatever you want, or place yourself above and out of reach of God's laws or American law. Granted when you write you use words. But unspoken words. That right is granted by the freedom of press.

The right to say what's on your mind and to write as well are granted to all Americans within the bounds of our nations laws. I would never say, "I want that president or politician dead or assassinated." Live and let live is a wonderful philosophy. Unless you are dealing with a murderer or rapist pedophile or something of that respective context. I don't want Obama dead. I just want him to do his job as President in the next three and a half years. If these politicians could stop catering to their own personal desires for the nation (abortion, stem cell research, etc.) and listen to the people, you will find that we have far better ideas for this nation than some putz who has been in the senate for 15 years and forgot what it's like to be a real American. Working and striving for a better life.

Politicians have developed a complex when it comes to laws and regulations. They don't care what the outcome of their decision will be, because they are sitting pretty while most of the rest of America struggles to put food on the table. What happened to OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, and FOR THE PEOPLE?

We cannot even criticize white house policy when it's against the better judgement of Americans and it ends up hurting us in the long run. Nobody hesitated to crack on Bush when he messed up or came of as an idiot. Why can we not say the same for Obama now? What makes him any less subject to criticism than W? Alan Keyes of Illinois (R) was arrested for calling Obama a commie and saying he doesn't even know if Obama is really president because he was supposedly born in Kenya. Whatever the case may be, his rights were thwarted when he was taken to jail for saying shit that you can find on youtube and internet blogs across the nation. Throwing people in jail everytime the president gets butt hurt about a comment isn't going to help anything. Man up Mr. President. If you really want to be president, then take the critcism. Obama said he will hold the nation accountable for his actions and the things he has said. I will take that into close consideration. I am holding him accountable and so should you. He is your president and public representative for the entire nation and in some instances, the world, you are not his private citizen.

Granted, politicians are supposed to make decisions, but they are to be made based upon the problems and concerns of American citizens. Speak your mind and keep in mind that we outnumber and outsmart a Congress and government that can only be described a cluster fuck. Remember, we decide.

Faith vs. The Separation of Church and State


"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free excercise thereof;"

That is the first quarter of the First Amendment.

Now here is a hard interpretation of the quote:"Congress will not, by law, recognize any one religion as a national religion, but will not prevent or restrict those who practice a particular religion to do so accordingly;"

Simply put, Congress will not endorse or put the American Government stamp on any religion. Then comes the tricky part. What is a religion? A religion is a man made interpretation of customs and traditions based around a particular goal and purpose. Religion has a lot to do with God. God as I know him, has nothing to do with religion. As a Christian, I believe that a strong faith in Jesus Christ is more compelling and honest than a religion that makes up it's own customs and behaviors based on the Bible and God. Some religions have nothing to do with God or deities. For instance, Alabama Football in Alabama is considered a religion. It's almost as if they pay homage to the coaches and players and the institution ritually, day in and day out. You may also develop and practice a religion based on mayonaise or cats. Of course congress wouldn't endorse a religion based on mayonaise and felines. If they do it for one religion, Congress would have to do it for all of them.>

Christianity is not a religion, instead a following of Jesus Christ based upon one's personal faith in the Lord. The First Amendment says nothing specifically of the Church or Christianity. It speaks simply of keeping the playing field even. You have religious liberties that the government is not allowed to infringe upon. The Separation of Church and State is a joke. It does not exist as law, but simply as radical ideaology in the minds of radical liberals and Democrats. No where in the constitution will you discover a hidden passage, translation, or analyzation of God, Jesus Christ, the Church, or Christianity and Faith. We need to get the message out there to the American public.

The Separation of Church and State is not warranted by the US Government by way of the Constitution of the United States of America.Folks, it's critical right now. The American public is being duped by liberal lobbyists and politicians who want you to believe the government should be involved in religious matters and matters of the faith. The right to Worship Christ and the Father freely is protected by Amendment 9. Read my recent Obama blog to understand more about Amendment 9. As always America, we decide.

President Obama - Dictator or Liberator?


It has come to my attention that our most current president, Barrack Huessien Obama is unlike any president before him. He is boastful and proud. Arrogant and sly. Obama has ridiculed the words of the Bible comparing it to Congressional interworkings, mocked the Bill of Rights by trying to establish a civilian security network and take away the freedom to speak out against him in public and slowly infiltrating and scheming to disarm us as a nation. When you can't publicly criticize a President or own a firearm for protection, then you know our nation has reached it's breaking point. To say you want to do harm to an elected official is one thing (it's illegal and is construed as a threat with intent to harm), but to say Barrack Obama is the Anti-Christ and that he couldn't hold a candle to JFK is nothing more than the 1st Amendment at work. Don't let one "renegade" begin changing laws and amendments that will benefit himself and screw us over in the end.

I personally think presidents are selected, not elected. It's a long story. But if it is true that Obama was indeed elected in a landslide victory, then the pressure is on him to deliver. He is a public servant. Americans are his boss, not the other way around. "What do you need done America?" Not, "I am going to change America!" It's not up to you pal. This is not a communist or socialist nation. We are a free Republic guided by laws and bounds that don't exceed the personal boundaries between the government and the People. Meaning the president does not make the rules.

Amendment 9 states "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.""...others retained by the people." That means that there are rights, held by the American people, that are not worded or indicated in the constitution.

"The exceptions here or elsewhere in the constitution, made in favor of particular rights, shall not be so construed as to diminish the just importance of other rights retained by the people; or as to enlarge the powers delegated by the constitution; but either as actual limitations of such powers, or as inserted merely for greater caution." - President James Madison

Okay folks, read his words carefully. Madison is saying the the importance of peoples' rights will not be diminished or downsized in order to make the government more powerful. He is saying the power of law held in the constitution shall not be greater than that which has already been established.

A hard interpretation of the 9th Amendment: "The word for word account in the Constitution, shall not be translated, interpreted, or analyzed grammatically in order to deny or discredit other rights, not found in the constitution, held by the people."

Simply, you cannot use the words of the constitution in order to revoke or render the rights of the people of the United States or for personal gain. Obviously. It's my right to wear what I want within the bounds of law (I can't be naked in public. It's not an actual freedom of speech, it's considered a lewd act or public indecency). I can say what I will with a live and let live mentality and shouldn't have the glaring eye of Uncle Sam over my shoulder.

Politicians like George W. Bush and Barrack H. Obama are pushing, twisting, bending and even breaking the laws and amendments of the constitution in order for personal gain and power. THEY WORK FOR US. They are us. Citizen appointed to carry out tasks regarding national and military policy in order to make the American way of life better. They are highly paid public servants of the people. We pay with our taxes, time and hard work as citizens, some people pay with their lives (soldiers, police, firefighters, etc.) to keep this nation free and safe. This one world united front is bullshit. We as a nation must remain independent from the scare of a global currency and an international conglomerate of countries (i.e. the European Union).

Don't let one man, Obama, retain all the nation's power and status for himself. Or any politician for that matter. It is our nation, we decide.

Let us all sit down, breathe and count to "10".

Now, here me when I say, we as a nation need to explore and exploit our freedoms and liberties as they were designed to aid us in living a prosperous and democratic way of life. The only way we can do this is if we can decipher and distinguish the constitution and the amendments therein.
